Who operates SparqServe
SparqServe is operated by Syed Saqlain Sayeed. Contact support and the privacy contact at syedsaqlainsayeed@gmail.com. We provide a marketplace connecting customers with independent local service providers called SparqServe Pros.
How to request help
Email syedsaqlainsayeed@gmail.com from your registered address. Use a subject such as Privacy request, Account deletion, Service complaint or Security report. Include your customer or Pro role and any relevant job reference. Provide only necessary details.
Privacy options
Ask for access, correction, a copy, deletion, withdrawal of consent or details about data sharing and retention. We may verify account ownership and explain why some records cannot yet be erased. Optional promotional consent is not part of signup. Your existing contracts and applicable retention duties may affect what can be deleted.
Handling complaints
The operator will review and respond to your request and follow applicable legal response requirements. Requests are handled manually; automated deletion and an in-app support ticket tracker are not currently provided. You retain the right to approach applicable authorities and consumer forums.
