Who operates SparqServe
SparqServe is operated by Syed Saqlain Sayeed. Contact support and the privacy contact at syedsaqlainsayeed@gmail.com. We provide a marketplace connecting customers with independent local service providers called SparqServe Pros.
Emergencies
SparqServe is not an emergency authority and does not guarantee immediate response. For danger to life, fire, gas leaks, violence or other serious hazards, contact the appropriate emergency services and move to safety. Do not rely on an Emergency category listing as a substitute.
At the service location
Check the Pro matches the accepted offer. Keep valuables and unnecessary personal documents secure. Describe electrical, structural or other hazards. Pros must stop unsafe work and use appropriate qualifications and protective equipment. Do not share an arrival code remotely before arrival.
Prohibited conduct
No threats, discrimination, harassment, illegal services, fraud, malware, account sharing for impersonation, credential theft, bulk extraction of personal information or unauthorised security testing. Never request or provide banking OTPs or account passwords as part of a service.
Report a concern
Email support with the minimum information needed to investigate. For a security flaw, privately describe the affected page and reproduction steps without accessing other people’s data. Do not publish customer records or exploit a vulnerability. Account restrictions and reports may be reviewed by the operator.
